ORIGINAL MODEL → CANDIDATE → VERIFIED DRAWING

Review a six-axis
sensor replacement
by original model

Choose the original model below to carry it into your drawing and quotation request. Each HXF path is a candidate for engineering review; no entry is an approved mechanical or protocol interchange.

Supply the original full part number, calibration range, protection/cable variant and drawing revision. The brand names below identify independent reference requests.

TWO ORIGINAL-REFERENCE EXAMPLES / REVIEWED 01 NOV 2026

Separate original ratings from the proposed HXF configuration

These figures belong to ATI reference configurations. They are not HXF specifications and do not establish a matching bolt pattern or combined-load envelope.

ATI Mini40 — SI-80-4 example

Manufacturer reference: Fx/Fy 80 N, Fz 240 N and moments 4 Nm. The listed standard-interface envelope is Ø40 × 12.2 mm and 49.9 g.

Read the original Mini40 calibration and drawing ↗

HXF-M40 uses this as a requested comparison case. HXF mass, mounting and delivered performance remain to be confirmed.

ATI Nano17 — SI-50-0.5 example

Manufacturer reference: Fx/Fy 50 N, Fz 70 N and moments 500 Nmm, equal to 0.5 Nm. The listed standard-interface envelope is Ø17 × 14.5 mm and 9.07 g.

HXF-NANO17 is a drawing-led review target. Original-protection variants and cable exits require separate comparison.

Approve six parts of the replacement together

Mechanical fit

Both mounting faces, pilot, bolt circle, thread engagement, adapter stack and cable exit.

Simultaneous loads

Each measured component, the combined-load envelope, tool offset, impact and fatigue demand.

Electrical connection

Supply, current, connector, pinout, grounding, isolation and motion-cable shielding.

Data contract

Units, signs, frame origin, scaling, EtherCAT PDO/ESI, CAN identifiers or serial packet definitions.

Timing and calibration

Timestamp behavior, effective output rate, filter delay, noise, temperature and matrix revision.

Assembly acceptance

Robot control behavior, mechanical stops, fixture stiffness, receiving checks and the written approval drawing.

No universal price saving, shipment deadline or interchange guarantee is asserted. Availability and any mounting adaptation are confirmed in the quotation.
